Louis Thiers Warranty & Care

Louis Thiers products are covered by the warranty stated with each product, generally 24 months against manufacturing faults. Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, misuse, normal wear or damage caused by incorrect cleaning.

Acrylic-handled products marked dishwasher-safe should be placed on the top rack and washed without abrasive, citrus-based or highly chlorinated detergents. Avoid intensive or high-temperature cycles.

Timber-handled knives and utensils must be washed by hand and dried immediately. Do not soak them or place them in a dishwasher.

Follow the care instructions supplied with each product, as materials and requirements vary by range.
